Our Beginnings To Modern Comfort
Urban Trooper has evolved from a 30-year-old OEM Polyurethane shoes manufacturer, we own a factory based in Thailand and has been producing and exporting under many brands.
Urban Trooper has been created based on our study of insole dynamics to achieve the ideal balance of comfort and stability with 30 years of industry knowledge and a special formula for making insoles.
With our experience, know-how and unique designs, we proudly present Urban Trooper, the modern comfort sandals which will help solving common health and shoes problems e.g., foot fatigue, slippery soles, and still maintain the modern and classic looks for our dear customers:)
Our Production Process
Firstly, we carefully design our own soles for every model & size to fit every feet shape. Not only that, but we design our soles to ensure that your weight is distributed equally so that you never feel tired!
After designing, we come up with a unique chemical formula to manufacture the soles for maximum effectiveness & comfort. After rigorous testing, we choose only the best formula that gives the wearer most consistent comfort!
But that’s not it! For the shoe straps, we select only the best materials from all around the world to achieve the perfect quality. You can be confident that when you’re wearing Urban Trooper, you’re wearing the best in the market!
After this, in the process of assembling the shoes, we do everything in our own factory, from the first to the final stages of production. With this turnkey environment, we can control every step!
Lastly, we have a full QC & packing department at the end of our production line to ensure that every Urban Trooper is always up to standard for our customers!
