Orders cannot be cancelled or modified once accepted.

Refunds & Returns

  • ❌ Returns are not accepted worldwide

  • Refunds are only applicable if an incorrect item was sent by Urban Trooper

  • No refunds for change of mind, size, color preference, or usage

SECTION 4 – PRICES AND BILLING

All prices are shown in the currency indicated on the website and are subject to change without notice.

Prices do not include:

  • Shipping fees

  • Customs duties

  • Import taxes

  • Handling fees

For international orders, customers are fully responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import charges imposed by the destination country.

Prices on our website may differ from prices offered in physical stores, pop-ups, or third-party platforms.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Urban Trooper is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Customs inspections or clearance

  • Force majeure events

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer

Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, risk of loss and ownership transfer to the customer.

Failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses or unclaimed shipments are not eligible for refunds.
